Build Something To Sustain You Financially And Emotionally.
Making Changes To My Site
Change is the only constant. =)

This remarkably cliche statement is also remarkable because it is very true!
Over the last 18 months I’ve seen some really interesting trends in my site visitors.
What I’m finding is the class of visitors is leaning toward many (really many, many, many) people who want me to join some kind of business.
So in retrospect I realize that I am attracting a lot of people who could be classified as “takers”.
I know that “like” only attracts “like” so I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on my site’s contents and I realized that from a third person’s perspective all of the advertising and redirects to other products could lead someone to believe I’m really just another taker too…
This is a pretty hard pill to swallow, especially since my sales over the last 18 months have seen a nice bell-curve of activity. But in the end is this really who I want to attract? Is this who I want to be seen as online?
Well the bottom line is “no”.
I’m looking to be of service… to attract leaders with whom I can share ideas with. So in that spirit I’m making a lot of changes to my old posts and generally revamping my website.
In the end selling is nice, but interacting with quality people is really my goal, so I’m eliminating any advertising or list building activities from this site.
I’m also leaning the site more toward my personal interests, which should make things a bit more interesting.
I hope you like the changes.
=)
